Two upcoming events from the Bat Conservation Trust

Our friend Cathryn Baillie of the Bat Conservation Trust invites you to two forthcoming events from the Trust. If you are interested in bats, especially now we are well into spring then please the links below.


The first is a training workshop that I will be hosting on Zoom, the evening of 27th April, and is a slightly more advanced session that focuses on how to identify bats using a heterodyne detector, it is free of charge, but you do need to register for the event via the following link (please use the S&L Bat Group ticket option). The second, is a free beginner’s workshop, being run by the National Bat Monitoring Programme, which gives an introduction to bats. It is great for beginners or those who would like a wee refresher. You can book your place via the following link:
